Abstract Format
The abstract has to be submitted using the template below as a DOCX file, and has to respect the formatting of the template as well as the one page limit.
Student Poster Competition
If you are a student wishing to participate in the Student Poster Competition, please select the option during the abstract submission process. Note that you have to be the presenting author, and provide a proof that you are a student at the time of the conference.
Oral or Poster Preference
At the time of submission, please select your preferred mode of presentation: oral or poster. This will be taken into account during the evaluation process. However, the final acceptance decision will be taken by the Technical Program Committee Please solely depending on the quality of the abstract.
Technical Area Choice
Each abstract has to be submitted for consideration to a specific Technical Area, the list of which are outlined on the Overview page. Note that the IEEE Smart Materials and Future Opportunities Technical Areas are by invitation only.
